New non-verbal WISC subtests

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

Just to let everyone know, the WISC now has multiple choice (non-verbal) alternative subtests. The examiner can give the regular test and then give the multiple choice sub-tests. If the scores are higher on the non-verbal subtests, that gives a clear indication that the child’s “ability” was affected by his difficulty with language.
