Have any LD teachers used the “Shurley method” for teaching grammar to students with LD and how effective has it been?
I am teaching my son with the Shurley Method and he loves it. We have both learned a lot using the question and answer flow to identify parts of speech. We don’t learn all the rhymes because he finds that Boring! He is ADHD and learns differently. Hope that helps. We are beginning level 5 this year so we have been doing it a long time. Jan
