Hi,
I am a student studying to become an Educational Assistant. At this time I am required to do a project which involves interviewing a child with Learning disabilities or a parent of a child with a learning disability. Unfortunatly at this time I have no resources in which to obtain this information needed to complete this assignment. Hence I am turning to you, in hopes that maybe someone out there would be willing to participate in an online discussion. The assignment requires that I listen and record information regarding social issues, acedemics, what its like for a LD student, what are some of the difficulties they might encure. self esteem issues, some coping strategies. etc. Please be assured that whomever participates in this event will be treated with the upmost respect and dignity.
