Hi there. If I want to help my son’s math fluency, I’m not sure what level to start with. He is in 7th grade gifted math. His fluency is slower than his peers.
Should I get the level 3, which is 6th -9th, or should I get levels 2&3, which covers 4th - 9th grade? Would the 4th grade part be too boring to get a benefit from, or would it be a good foundation to pick up speed?
Thanks again,
OJMO
Re: Quarter Mile Math - what level?
Thanks, Nancy! We’ll give it a try. It looks like an effective program.
I would get the level 2 & 3 bundle. It sounds as if he knows his math facts but cannot recall them as quickly as his peers. If this is the case, he will benefit from the additional practice exercises in level 2.
