I have APD

Hi, my name is Ryan. I am in the third grade and I have Auditory Processing Disorder. Sometimes I have trouble writing words, and reading. Sometimes I try reading hard books, because I want to be a better reader, but my teacher won’t let me. That makes me mad. Also, sometimes it’s hard for me to hear. If I am sitting next to a chatterbox, I can only hear them and not the teacher. When the teacher is talking in front of the classroom, I only hear parts of what she is saying. This sometimes makes me frustrated or sad. My dad also has Auditory Processing Disorder, too. He helps me learn how to deal with it. So, never give up in school.
